1 pkg. each orange, cherry, lime, and lemon jello.
3 cups hot water,
1 1/2 cup cold water,
1 cup pineapple juice,
1/4 cup sugar,
1/3 cup cold water,
1 cup graham cracker crumbs,
1 pint HEAVY cream.

Prepare orange, cherry, and lime jello separately, using 1 cup hot water and 1/2 cup cold water for each flavor.

Pour into separate 3 8x8x2 inch pans and refrigerate until firm.

Combine pineapple juice,and sugar; heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and dissolve lemon jello in the hot liquid. Then add remaining 1/3cup cold water. Chill until just syrupy.

Mix crumbs with 1/3 cup melted butter, press over bottom of a 9 inch spring-form pan.

Whip cream (use very large bowl), pour lemon pineapple syrup into it.

Cut the firm jellos ( that have been in the fridge) into 1/2 inch cubes . Fold into whipped cream mixture then pour into spring form pan. Chill 8 hours.

Anita always wanted this cake as her birthday cake. It's labor intensive, Mimi must have loved her best!!. It's pretty when it's sliced....and is definitely different....a vintage recipe!
