1 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tarter
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

---------- SUGAR COATING
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Mix margarine, sugar and egg. Blend in the rest of the ingredients. Roll into 1 inch balls; roll into sugar mixture and bake 8-10 minutes in a 400º F oven
