Frozen bananas
Frozen fruit of any kind – strawberries, blueberries, peaches, grapes, pineapple, raspberries, etc.
Plain yogurt
Apple Juice (natural organic apple juice tastes best)

Healthy stuff you can add if you want – liquid vitamins, ground flax seed, or flaxseed oil, vitamin C powder, protein powder etc.

We keep a container of peeled ripe frozen bananas that are cut into chunks in our freezer at all times.

Put desired amounts of each ingredient in blender container and blend on high until smooth and creamy. So yummy and so good for you.
