4 Large bananas, mashed
cup of white sugar
1 beaten egg
1/3 cup of melted butter

Mix all above ingredients in a bowl.

In a separate bowl mix:
1 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of baking powder
tsp of salt
cup of flour

Directions:
Directions:
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix well.
Use muffin liners in muffin tin. Add banana dough to each muffin liner until full. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until down.
