1/4 cup of brown sugar
¼ cup of soy sauce
1 tblsp of fresh lime juice
¼ tsp to ½ tsp of crushed red pepper
¼ tsp curry powder
3 garlic cloves, minced
8 chicken thighs (boneless, skinless work best)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except chicken and mix well. Pour marinade in zip loc bag and put in chicken thighs. Marinade over night or for at least 6 hours. Remove chicken thighs from bag. Place marinade in a small saucepan and bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Grill thighs for 15 to 20 minutes or until done, turning and basting frequently with marinade.
