1 c. oil-free Italian dressing
1 can (4 oz.) diced green chilies
1 ½ lb. flank steak
Flour tortillas
Shredded lettuce
Diced tomato
Shredded sharp, reduced-fat cheddar cheese
Hot sauce if desired

Variation: substitute 4 skinned chicken breasts for the steak.

Combine dressing and diced green chilies. Pour mixture over the flank steak.

Marinate in a covered container at least 6 hours in the refrigerator, turning occasionally. Grill steak 3-4 minutes per side until done. Slice diagonally across the grain into thin strips.

Assemble fajitas by placing a few pieces of meat on a warmed flour tortilla; top with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and cheddar cheese.

Sprinkle with hot sauce if desired and roll up.

Variation: substitute 4 skinned chicken breasts for the steak.
