cup of vegetable oil or canola oil
1 cup of soy sauce
3 tblsp of brown sugar
3 garlic cloves minced
1 tblsp of minced ginger root, or tsp of ground ginger
2 tblsp of sherry, wine, or fruit juice
1 to pounds of meat

Directions:

Marinate meat over night. Grill the next day. So Yummy.
