2 tblsp. of oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup of yellow, red, or orange bell pepper
3 cloves of garlic minced
½ tsp of chili powder
½ tsp of ground cumin
½ tsp of dried oregano
1 or 2 cups of beef broth, depending how soupy you like your chili (if using crockpot use a little less).
1 15 oz. black beans, drained and rinsed
1 14 ½ oz. diced tomatoes with green chili's
1 15 oz. of canned pumpkin
1 pound of ground turkey
½ cup of cooking wine or cooking sherry
¼ tsp of salt

Directions:
Saute onion, peppers, garlic in oil until tender. Add spices and cook 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil and reduce heat and simmer for 35 to 45 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese or add sour cream.
