3 ½ cups of chicken broth
1 rotisserie chicken (cooked whole chicken you buy at grocery store in deli section), debone and shred. Or you can cook and shred 4 chicken breasts.
1 clove of garlic
1 can of corn – or you can use 10 oz bag of frozen corn
1 can diced green chilies
1 cup of onion
1 can of northern beans
1 ½ tsp of lemon pepper
1 ¼ tsp of cumin
2-3 tsp of lime juice

This recipe is very forgiving. You can add more or less of any of the ingredients to make the consistency you want. Put all ingredients in a crock pot on low for the day. Or to cook on the stovetop just sauté onions and garlic in a soup pot for a few minutes and then add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for several minutes till heated through.
