1. 1 lb ground beef
2. 2 cans low fat cream of mushroom soup
3. 1 tsp worchestire sauce
4. 1 small onion, chopped
5. 4 large mushrooms, diced
6. 2 gloves of garlic, minced
7. salt and pepper to taste
8. 1/2 c of cream or whole milk (if desired)
9. 2 c minute rice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the hamburger meat in a large skillet with the chopped garlic.
Drain any excess grease.
add the onions and mushrooms, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes (or until the onions sweat)
Add both cans of cream of mushroom soup.
You can add the cream or whole milk here if you want it less thick
Add the worchestire and salt pepper.
Spoon over minute rice
