1 pkg. Bridgeford frozen yeast rolls, 24 rolls per pkg.
1/4 cup plus 2 TBSP butter or margarine
1 tsp. Italian seasoning mix
2 tsp. parlsey flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 TBSP Parmesan cheese
Vegetable oil coating spray

Thaw the rolls until soft but still cold.

Melt margarine or butter in a small saucepan, then add herbs and spices. DO NOT add cheese until mixture is removed from heat and is warm instead of hot. At this time, mix in Parmesan cheese (do not reheat).

Dip the thawed rolls into the butter mixture and coat lightly on all sides.

Spray 2 10-inch pie plates or 1 larger pan with a vegetable oil coating spray. Place rolls in pans 1 inch apart and let them rise for 2 hours.

Bake as directed on package (usually 15-minutes at 350º).
