Glenborough Eggs Recipe

8 buttered slices of bread (crusts off), preferably white
4 oz. can of chopped green chilies.

7 eggs
2 1/2 cups of milk
1 1/2 t. salt
1/2 t garlic powder

2-3 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated, and
2-3 cups shredded jack cheese.

Directions:
Directions:
The night before serving, place buttered slices of bread in a buttered 9x13 pan.

Cover bread with chopped green chilies.

Mix together in a blender the eggs, milk, salt, garlic powder.
Pour over bread & chilies.

Top with cheeses. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, preheat oven to 325 degrees. Bake uncovered for 50 minutes. Serve immediately with avocado slices, sour cream & salsa garnish. Yummy with muffins and fruit.
