1 tray (10 sausages) Johnsonville Hot Italian Sausages
1 tin regular tomato paste
1 large tin Hunts regular Tomato Sauce
1-2 large tins of diced tomatoes
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 large cloves of garlic
1 large diced onion
4-6 tablespoons dried Oregano leaves
4-6 tablespoons dried sweet Basil leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil in large sauce pan at med-high heat. Remove the skin from the sausage and chop coarsely while browning in the olive oil. When no longer pink add minced garlic cloves and diced onions and saute for 3-4 minutes.
Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for at least an hour before serving over pasta of your choosing.

Seth says he can't order spaghetti sauce in restaurants because they are never as good as this.
You can substitute medium hot Italian sausage but its not as good.
Do not spare the oregano and basil.
