2 lb Beef Roast
1/2 Onion (chopped)
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
8 oz Mushrooms (canned or fresh)
1/4 cup water
2 Tbsp Dried Chives
1 clove Garlic (minced)
1 Tbsp Worcestershire
1 cube Beef Boullion
1/4 cup White Wine
1 Tbsp Flour
12 oz Sour Cream
Egg Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a small bowl mix the mushroom soup, mushrooms, onions, Worcestershire, chives and garlic.
2. Dissolve the boullion cube in 1/4 cup hot water and add to the mushroom soup mixture.
3. Stir until mixed well.
4. In another small bowl, mix the white wine and flour together.
5. Place roast in the bottom of a crockpot.
6. Pour the mushroom soup mixture and the white wine mixture over the beef.
7. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
8. Add the sour cream to the crockpot and stir well.
9. Serve over hot egg noodles.
