1 cup flour
1 Tbsp sugar
3 larges egg yolk
3 Tbsp sour cream
1 tablespoon vodka
Vegetable oil
2 2/3 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place flour and sugar in med bowl; stir to combine. Make well in center and add egg yolks,sour cream, and vodka. Stir to make soft dough.
2. On lightly floured surface; knead gently until dough is smooth. Form 2 discs, wrap in plastic and refrigerate until firm-30 min or overnight
3, Working with one at a time, place on lightly floured surface. Roll out to 1/8 inch thick 12x10 inch rectangle. Cut dough lengthwise in half, cut each half into 12 strips
4. Make 1 inch vertical slit down center of each strip. Insert one end of strip through cut to form twist. Repeat with rest
5. Heat oil to 375 degrees. Place 6 strips at a time and heat for 1 minute or until golden, turning once with slotted spoon. Drain on paper towels.
6. Coat with powdered sugar
