Mixed salad greens
Cranberries
Sugar-coated almonds
Pears and/or apples
Trader Joe's Champagne Pear Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
Blue cheese or Gorgonzola cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place mixed salad greens in a salad bowl. Add cranberries and almonds that are sugar coated. (You can buy them in stores, or make your own by caramelizing them. Just toss some sugar in a frying pan over low heat and stir the almonds into the sugar until thoroughly coated and golden brown.) Cut up the pears and/or apples if ya' want them. Add dressing.

Sprinkle with blue cheese or the Gorgonzola cheese after adding the dressing.
