6 thick pork chops
1 bottle ketchup (yes ketchup)
1/2 cup water
salt
pepper
oregano
rosemary
brown sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Empty ketchup bottle into square baking pan large enough to lay out porkchops in single layer. Add 1/2 cup water to ketchup and mix. Add pork chops to mixture. Turn to coat both sides. Sprinkle salt, pepper, oregano, rosemary and brown sugar over pork chops. Place in oven and bake for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with your favorite vegetables.
