14 ounces Velvachol
16 ounces Glycerin
3 1/4 cups Distilled Water
1 ounce Pure Vitamin E Oil
1/2 teaspoons Rose Oil
Directions:
Directions:
1. Whip all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
2. Add drops of food coloring if desired.
3. May omit rose oil and substitute with perfume if desired.

Hint: Velvachol and glycerin may be ordered from your local pharmacy.
