10 Egg Yolks
4 Whole Eggs

Directions:
1. Mix and knead well (Dough should be stiff.)
2. Roll dough into round loaf about 1 ½ to 2 inches in diameter and 10-12 inches long.
3. Wrap loaf in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour. 4. Cut loaf into chunks about ¾ inch wide and run through noodle machine beginning with the loosest setting. (On Grandma’s machine she uses settings 2, 4, 6, 7 in that order.)
5. After each rolling, place strips on cloth towel.
6. Spread on table until dry enough to cut into noodles. While drying, turn strips over so they are dry enough on both sides for cutting.
