3/4 stick butter flavor Crisco
1 1/4 cup light brown sugar
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3 cups quick oats - uncooked
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Combine brown sugar, Crisco, egg, milk and vanilla and beat at medium speed until blended. Combine oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt, then add to mixture and blend on low. Stir in raisins and nuts. Place by spoonfuls on greased baking sheet and bake 10-12 minutes.
