3 cubes beef flavored bouillon
3 cups water
8 slices bacon, cut into 1" pieces
1/3 cup onion chopped
1/3 cup celery, chopped
5 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp pepper
dash hot pepper sauce
2 cups lettuce, shredded
seasoned croutons

Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water and set aside. Cook bacon in large Dutch oven until crisp, remove bacon reserving 2 tbsp of drippings in Dutch oven. Drain bacon on paper towels. Add onion and celery to drippings and saute until transparent, drain. Add bouillon, tomatoes, Worcestershire, garlic, parsley, pepper, hot sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 20 minutes. Add lettuce, cook 2 minutes. Top with bacon and croutons. Serve immediately
