1-large bag multi-grain pasta(any type)
1-14 oz bottle of Italian dressing
1 each red, yellow, orange and green peppers
3-green onions
1-small cucumber
1-small can chopped black olives
12-green olives
1-small can chopped mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta per package directions, drain and place in large glass bowl. While still warm add the Italian dressing. Coarsely chop 1/2 of each pepper, all the onions(even the green tops), all of the peeled cucumber, and the green olives. Add the cans of olives and mushrooms. Stir the pasta and all ingredients together. Stir several times and serve well chilled.. If someone in you family does not like one of the ingrediants, just leave it out.

This is great for summer cookouts and parties. You can vary the vegetables as the season dictates. You can use lo-cal dressing if you choose.
