8-large Idaho peeled potatoes
1-large yellow onion thinly sliced
butter or margarine
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a #10 case-iron skillet, cover the entire skillet with the butter and heat on medium. Layer potatoes, punched out onions, pepper and butter until the skillet is overful. Cover and cook the potatoes, cutting them every 5 to 7 minutes until the potatoes are done and cook longer if you like your potatoes crispy.
