Ingredients:  
1 pkg. fresh spinach leaves
2 large firm, ripe pears, cored and sliced
1/2 cup of toasted chopped pecans, walnuts or slivered almonds
3/4 -1 cup of crumbled Feta Cheese
Dressing:
2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp wine vinegar,1/4 cup of plain yogurt, 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1/4 cup of olive oil.

Directions:

Mix all salad ingredients together. Chill until ready to serve. Drizzle dressing over salad mix and toss!!

This is a salad that can be altered according to personal tastes. I typically will add romaine lettuce to mix with the spinach lettuce. Dressing works well with firm lettuces.
