1 1/2 Cup Powder Sugar
1/2 Cup White Sugar
1 Cup softened butter
1/3 Cup vegetable oil

2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla or Almond Extract

4 Cups Flour
Pinch Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cream of Tartar

Frost With melted white almond bark

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Mix first four ingredients together until creamy. Add eggs, vanilla/almond extract mix well. Add remaining dry ingredients, mix until well blended. Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet. Press down with glass dipped in sugar or flour. Refrigerate a bit to stiffen. (I left mine sit for an hour in the fridge)

Bake at 350 for 8 minutes.

These can be rolled out for cut out cookies if you like also.

Frosted with melted White Almond Bark.
