Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Loaf of French bread

1 pound of Italian Sausage

½ cup Green Pepper diced

½ cup Onion diced

1 cup fresh Mushrooms

1 8oz package Cream Cheese- Softened at room temp.

½ cup Parmesan cheese grated

½ tsp. Oregano

½ tsp. fresh Garlic, or Garlic powder

8 ounces of Provolone or Mozzarella Cheese slices

Directions:
Directions:
Cut off the top 1/3 of the bread and carefully hollow out the inside of the bread bottom and top. I leave a little around the bottom and edges though.

Brown the Sausage, Onion, Green Pepper and Mushrooms until no longer pink. In the meantime I mix the Cream Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, Oregano and the Garlic.

When the Sausage mixture is done, combine it with the Cream cheese mixture.

In the bottom of the bread, place the Provolone or Mozzarella slices and then fill it with the Sausage mixture. Place the top of the bread back on and then wrap it in aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.

Let it stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
