6 green peppers, hollowed out
1 onion, diced
1 lb. ground beef
1 cup Minute Rice
Salt & Pepper
2 cans tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl mix onion, ground beef, Minute Rice, salt and pepper, 1/2 can tomato soup together. Spoon into hollowed out peppers. Place peppers in a roasting pan pouring remaining tomato soup over peppers, plus 1/2 can water. Bake at 375° for about 40 to 50 minutes or until peppers are soft, then serve.

I put peppers in a slow cooker on a medium setting before I go to work and they're done when I get home.
