12-13 uncooked manicotti shells,
2 chicken breasts (cooked and chopped),
3 c meatless spaghetti sauce,
2 c ricotta cheese,
1 c shredded mozzarella cheese (divided),
1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese,
1 tsp.Italian seasoning,
1/2 tsp. garlic powder,
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:

Cook manicotti according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Combine the chicken, ricotta cheese, 1/2 c of mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and pepper. Carefully stuff manicotti. Place in a greased baking dish. Top with spaghetti sauce. Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 30-35 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella. Bake 3-5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
