2 cups diced, cooked chicken
2 cups diced celery
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/2 t. salt
2T grated onion
1/2 cup mayo
3/4 cup sour cream
1 T lemon juice
1/2 cup grated cheddar
1 cup crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all but potato chips and cheddar. Add chips / cheddar on top and bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.

This recipe is technically my mom's but she's letting me steal it for contribution because it's one of my favorites. This is another main dish salad.
