3/4 cups all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. Herbs De Provence
4 T. chopped parsley flakes
1 cup whole milk
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (about 5 oz.)

Preheat oven to 400º. In a blender, combine eggs, flour, salt, pepper, and herbs, milk and cheese. Blend on medium speed. Spray mini muffin pan with Pam. Pour the batter into the muffin cups filling each cup 3/4 full. Baked until puffed and golden about 20-25 min.
