1 1/2 C peanut oil
2 T cider vinegar
2 tsp. lemon juice
Dash hot sauce
3 T honey
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp Cajun spice blend
1/4 c fresh blueberries
Salt and pepper to taste

Put in blender; pour the dressing over the hearts of romaine.

Andee’s Note: This is great dressing! Instead of using raspberries, Mark uses blueberries and throws in some interesting spices (Cajun, of course). His neighbors can't decide if they like this dressing or his Caesar best, but now you'll have an opportunity to try both.
