1 8 oz. container Rondele garlic and herb spreadable cheese
1 C. chicken, cooked, chopped
1/2 C. pecans, toasted
1/3 C. mayonnaise
2 T. chopped mango chutney
1T. curry powder
2 T. coarsely chopped parsley
Chopped pecans for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Place in serving dish and garnish with chopped pecans. Refrigerate for 2 hours, or until chilled. Serve with crackers, apple slices, and/or port wine.

The first time we went to Dave and Anita's house before Ansley and Michael's wedding she fixed this wonderful appetizer. It was served so beautifully on a lovely plate, crackers in the middle, surrounded by Asian spoons that were already filled with the spread. Then Dave brought out his famous artichoke dip. They are fabulous cooks and we hope to visit them again very soon.
