8 oz. softened cream cheese
16 oz. sour cream
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach--thaw and squeeze out water with a paper towel
1 carrot, grated
1 bunch green onions chopped (green parts only)
Knorr's dry vegetable soup mix

Combine ingredients and refrigerate one day before you use the dip.

Gaylene is Lee's cousin. She's a good cook. This is fun to put in a hollowed out loaf of Sheepherder's Bread, serving the cubed interior of the bread with the dip. Good on Wheat Thins too.
