Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Hampshire Farms smokehouse wieners (enough to fill the bottom of a 9x13 pan).

1 cup Bullseye Barbeque sauce (use this brand only)
1/2 cup whiskey (it must be whiskey, not another type of liquor)
1 T. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put the smokies into a 9x13 pan. Mix the barbeque sauce, whiskey, and sugar. Pour over the smokies and bake uncovered in a 350 oven for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Stir occasionally while baking.

Sometimes I double the sauce so the wieners are extra rich. If you decide to do this, make sure you cook them a little longer because you want the sauce to be sticky, not thin.

Personal Notes:
Jennifer Bethel gave me this recipe and it's a winner! I often fix this for Christmas Eve smorgasbord or when I have to bring an appetizer somewhere. Everyone loves it! Jennifer makes this using sliced linguica, but I changed it by using the small smokehouse wieners instead. This is easy and soooo good!
