1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg (beaten)
1/3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Add flour, baking powder and salt together. Combine egg, milk, and oil. Add dry ingredients into the milk mixture to make a soft dough. Drop by tablespoons into hot boiling soup. Cook for 1/2 hour or until they look done.
You can add dumplings to any kind of soup, I like chicken soup, use dumplings instead of noodles.
