2 lbs. swordfish, cut about 1 inch thick

Marinade
2 tbsp. lemon juice
4 tbsp. orange juice
4 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. tomato paste
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
Fresh ground black pepper

Directions:

1. Combine all the ingredients for the marinade in a large shallow baking dish and mix well.
2. Add the swordfish, basting it thoroughly, and let it marinate for 2 hours at room temperature, turning the fish over after the first hour
4. Barbecue the fish - about 8 minutes a side and brush on marinade as it cooks
5. Broil the fish - preheat the broiler to the highest point approximately 10 minutes and then grease the broiler rack with butter or olive oil. Place the swordfish on the rack about 3 inches from the heat and brush with the marinade a couple of times. After 5 minutes turn over the fish and do the same thing for another 5 minutes.
