Ingredients:  
3 c finely shredded cheddar cheese
1 c biscuit mix
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 garlic powder
1 lb ground beef
Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients, crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1 in balls. Place meatballs on greased rack in shallow baking pan.
Bake @ 400º for 12-15mins or until the meat is no longer pink, drain.
