1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
1 large onion chopped
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 T. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. red pepper sauce
1 28 oz. can whole tomatoes
2 15 oz. cans red kidney beans or med- hot chili beans

Cook beef, onion and garlic, drain; add remaining ingredients and cook 30 minutes or you can put into slow cooker and cook 3-6 hours on low.
