1 (20oz.) can pineapple - chunked or tidbit
2 pkg. Knox unflavored gelatin
2 c. whole fresh cranberries
1 c. sugar
1 can Mandarin oranges - drained
3 lg. bananas - cubed
1 c. coconut
1 c. sour cream
1 (8oz.) container Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Pour juice from pineapple into small saucepan. Sprinkle gelatin over juice and stir until dissolved over low heat; bring to a boil and cool.
Chop cranberries finely in blender or food processor and put in a bowl. Add sugar to berries and stir well. Add pineapple-gelatin mixture into berry mixture. Next, add the pineapple, oranges, bananas, and coconut and mix well. Stir in the sour cream and then fold in the Cool Whip. Pour into desired bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
