cup butter (margarine)
cup packed brown sugar
1egg
tsp baking soda dissolved in 1 tbsp warm water
2/3 cup of flour
tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup rolled oats
cup chopped dried apricots
cup raisons
cup dried cranberries
cup choc. Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter with sugar and beat in the egg, baking soda mixture, flour, salt, cinnamon and vanilla.
Stir in the oats, fruit and chocolate chips.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a greased baking sheet and flatten with a fork dipped in cold water.
Bake in a pre-heated 375 oven for 8 10 minutes or until they are golden brown.
Transfer cookies to a rack to cool.
