1 lb. ground chuck (browned)
1 lb. ground Italian sausage (browned)
1 medium onion (sauteed)
1/2 green pepper (sauteed)
1 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
2 lb. jar of your favorite prepared spaghetti sauce
1 small can Rotel Italian tomatoes
2 1bs. mostaccioli, cooked, drained and rinsed in cold water
1 lb. of brick cheese, grated
4 cups shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup fresh Parmesan grated

Combine meat, onions, pepper, mushrooms, add sauce. Layer mostaccioli, meat sauce and cheeses. Sprinkle Parmesan on top. Cover and bake at 350º for 30 min. or until heated through
