1 Package [300 g] butterscotch chips
1/4 cup [50 ml] butter or margarine
3/4 cup [175 ml] peanut butter
1 1/4 cup [300 ml] miniature marshmallows

Directions:
In a heavy saucepan combine butterscotch chips, butter and peanut butter. Stir over medium heat until melted and combined. Cool almost to room temperature. Mixture must be cool to prevent marshmallows from melting. If unsure, test with one marshmallow first.

Stir in marshmallows. Spread in 8 inch [20 cm] square baking pan. Let stand at room temperature for about 2 hours or until set.
