2 regular pie crusts
2 cups water
2 tsp cream of tarter
¾ cup sugar

Directions:

Bring all to boil. Drop 22 Ritz Crackers in one at a time. DO NOT STIR. Boil 2 minutes. Pour into shell. Dot on butter and cinnamon. Put on top crust.

Bake 25 minutes at 425 degrees.
