2 Lbs. stew beef
2 Chopped onions (large)
1 Pkg. carrots cut in 2" lengths
6 or 8 Potatoes cut in wedges
3 or 4 Stalks celery cut in 3" lengths
1 12 oz. Can V8 juice
3 Tbsp. tapioca
Salt and pepper to taste
! Scant tsp. sugar

Put raw beef around bottom of dutch oven. Cover with vegetables, tapioca, salt, pepper and juice. Bake for 4 hours at 250º.
