1 cup butter or margarine
8 oz. cream cheese softened
2 3/4 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup chopped raisins
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 T. ground cinnamon
1 cup apricot spreadable fruit

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together margarine and cream cheese in the bowl of an electric mixer. Blend in vanilla, mix in flour. Chill. For filling; mix raisins, walnuts, and cinnamon. You can use short pulses if you have a food processor to blend them. Divide dough into four equal portions. Roll out each portion into a 10-12 inch circle. 1/8 inch thick on floured board. Spread light layer of preserves (about 2 T,) onto each dough circle. Sprinkle each circle with about 1/4 cup of nut/raisin/cinnamon mixture. Cut each circle into 16 wedges using a pastry cutter or pizza cutter. Roll each wedge from base to point, place point down on lightly sprayed sheet. Bake for 15-17 min at 375º.
