Ingredients:  
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup roasted pineapple & habanero dip*
bacon - 8 slices, crumbled
pretzels or crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix mayonnaise with cream cheese, cheddar cheese and green onions. Place in a greased quiche pan.

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until slightly browned.

Allow to rest briefly and top with 1/2 cup roasted pineapple & habanero dip.

Top with cooked and crumbled bacon.

Top with 1/4 cup crushed pretzels or cracker crumbs.

Serve with pretzel chips, crackers or fritos. (I prefer the pretzel chips.)
