Partially frozen round steak
1 T. oil
1 medium onion
2 stalks celery cut diagonally
2 cans beef gravy or mushroom gravy or au jus gravy in can
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 green pepper
1/4 cup soy sauce
cornstarch to thicken
3 cups rice

Directions:
Directions:
Slice round steak thin and brown in oil with onion, salt and pepper to taste. Add celery, gravy and mushrooms. Cook for 30 min. Last 15 min. add sliced green pepper, soy sauce and cornstarch. Serve over rice.
