Chicken with Boccoli Soup Recipe

2-4 Chicken breasts with bone and skin
olive oil
Sprinkle with salt and pepper or greek seasoning
1 can broccoi and cheese soup
1/4 cup white wine(optional
1/2 can water
Salt and pepper to taste.

Vegetable topping
Baby carrots
Amount depends on how many people are eating.
1/2 - 3/4 cup velvetta cheese
1/4-1/2 cup milk Depends on how much cheese used

Rice or andel hair pasta

1. Line baking pan with foil and spray with pam. Brush olive oil on chicken and sprinkle with seasoning. Place in a 400 degree oven.
2. Meanwhile mix soup water and wine and salt and pepper in a bowl. After chicken has baked for 30 minute pour soup mixture on top and bake 20 more minutes or until soup is bubbling/

1. Seperate broccoli and cauliflower into pieces and add carrote in a microwavable bowl. Add water to veggies and cover and cook in microwave for 4-5 minutes. Check and see if knife goes in carrots easily. Drain water.
2. In bowl cut cheese in pieces and add milk. Place in microwave until cheese is melted. If too thick you can add a little more milk.. Pour over veggies. Make sure veggies and sauce is warm when chicken is done.

Pasta or Rice:
To cook pasta boil water and add 1 tsp salt. Add pasta to water and cook for about 4-5 minutes or until 1 strand pulled out is al dente(tender) Drain and keep in strainer and add 2 inches water to pan and keep on warm to keep pasta warm.
To cook rice add 1 cup of rice, 2 cups water and 1/2 tsp salt in a saucepan. Turn on high and when it comes to a boil turn heat down between 1-2 for elctric and low for gas heat. Cook total fro 17-20 minutes. Uncle Ben's rice is the best. This is for reagular rice not quick or microwave. You can usr that kind if you prefer.
