Ingredients:  
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water
1 cup rice
1 package onion soup mix
One cut up fryer or boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except chicken) and pour in bottom 9x13 pan. Place chicken on top of rice mixture. Bake at 375 for 1 1/2 if using fryer,1 hour if breasts or thighs.
