2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1 500 ml. sour cream
2 tins cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup melted butter
grated onion & salt to taste
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw potatoes slightly for easier mixing. Mix first 6 ingredients in a 9x13 baking dish sprinkle with parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 1 to 11/2 hours.
